Summary

A leading special education provider is now seeking a driven Occupational Therapist to join the team in Brighton, supporting autistic children and young people to reach their learning goals and widening access to life-changing opportunities.

The group is committed to providing students with ASC and related needs – such as sensory differences, SLCN, and learning disabilities – with a holistic educational experience that brings out their full potential, across their whole school life and beyond.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will join the MDT in implementing targeted, PBS-based interventions that enable students to feel valued, develop key life skills, and gain both confidence and independence. Together, you’ll devise a comprehensive therapies programme that supports wellbeing and ensures each student is well-prepared for broader horizons.

You will benefit from a full, tailored induction programme upon starting, followed by further training opportunities as part of a well-rounded CPD and career progression pathway – on top of ongoing clinical supervision, peer support, and e-learning options.

Yours would be a permanent position, and we can discuss full-time or part-time / year-round or term-time only.

Person specification:

• (Essential) HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• (Essential) Membership of the RCOT
