Arana Leagues Club is a premier recreational venue on Brisbane’s northside with 175 poker machines, 300 pax restaurant, 80 pax café, three bars, a bottle shop, two function rooms and a kid’s room.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Chef to join our catering team led by Simon Pettigrew, Executive Chef.
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent);
- A current food safety certificate;
- A commitment to outstanding customer service;
- A calm and professional personality;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
