Supervision: Work with a Certified Instructor (CI) under supervision for 6-9 months at $70K-$75K hourly, non-exempt.
Bonuses: Receive a $15K bonus midway through the supervision period.
Salary Adjustment: After 9 months, salary will be adjusted to the market rate.
Commitment: 3-year term required; H1B sponsorship requires a 5-year commitment.
