Role Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing development of the clinic’s services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population.
- Develop individualised treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services, including the development of new treatment protocols.

Requirements
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
