We are looking for passionate, qualified Diploma Educators to join our team. You will collaborate with dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive, and inclusive environment that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) while upholding the standards of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Requirements for the role :
- Childcare Diploma qualified (ACECQA Approved)
- Experience Educators
- Extensive experience in the sector
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Be an advocate for nature play and support sustainable practices
- Must be flexible with the shifts
- Solid understanding of the programming and planning cycle
- Have the ability to foster children’s imagination, curiosity and creativity
- Ability to build respectful relationships with fellow educators, families, children and other professionals
