About the role
External and Internal Events
- Work with event hosts to craft event objectives and programme
- Take ownership of all events-related logistics such as venue booking, room set-up, food catering, workshop tools, invitations and attendance
- Work with M&C to ensure onsite brand compliance of events set-up
- Perform duties and logistic responsibilities related to events management
- Responsible for planning and designing events until post programme
Office Admin support
- Be the point person for onsite admin support and facility support
- Coordinate and liaise with offshore Executive Assistants on onsite admin matters
- Support Partner onboarding & offboarding
About you
- 3 years of experience in event management preferably with office administrator experience
- Comes with experience in event management such as programme design, venue booking, food catering, workshop tools, attendance management and other event logistic needs.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well as a team and also work independently
- Ability to be physically onsite in office
