At our Service, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-6 years. We believe in the power of early childhood education and the impact it has on a child’s development. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Observe and monitor children’s growth, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
