Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding work hours, attendance, and conduct.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
