Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant caregiving experience or certification (NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
