What We’re Looking For:

A passionate and dedicated chef ready to make a long-term commitment
Ability to work independently and handle pressure with ease
Excellent cost management and menu planning skills
Creative and enthusiastic about crafting delicious, hearty Australian meals
Strong work ethic and reliability
Must have work rights as we cannot offer sponsorship

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve dinner 6 nights a week
Provide room service breakfast for in-house guests
Manage kitchen operations efficiently

Work independently and as part of a team
Handle typical nights with approximately 60 covers
Must be able to run a small kitchen alone with the help of a kitchen hand
