What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate and dedicated chef ready to make a long-term commitment
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure with ease
- Excellent cost management and menu planning skills
- Creative and enthusiastic about crafting delicious, hearty Australian meals
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must have work rights as we cannot offer sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve dinner 6 nights a week
- Provide room service breakfast for in-house guests
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Plan and cost menus effectively
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Handle typical nights with approximately 60 covers
- Must be able to run a small kitchen alone with the help of a kitchen hand
