Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that appeal to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.

  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.


  • Prior experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or certificate from a recognized culinary institute (preferred but not required).
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking and creating new dishes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
