Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and responsibly operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and SUVs.
- Transport passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles, including regular cleaning and scheduled maintenance checks.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and belongings as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with passengers.
- Navigate routes using GPS and maps to ensure efficient travel times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and pick-up/drop-off locations.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation, following company protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and passenger safety.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional capacity.
- Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safe driving practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of sitting for extended periods and lifting moderate loads if required.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English or Arabic (preferred but not required).
